1. You will be allowed 20 minutes to make your presentation. Normally, applicants choose to use a PowerPoint presentation. Please let us know if you do NOT plan to use a Powerpoint Presentation. In order to be fair to all our presenters please stay within your 20 minute time limit. We ask the members not to question you during your presentation, to allow time for your complete delivery. After your presentation, you will be allowed 20 minutes to answer questions from the members.
2. We suggest you limit your PowerPoint presentation to 20 slides or less. In these slides we suggest you to cover the following information, as it applies to your company:
- Title Slide
- Market Problem
- Your solution
- Business Model
- Market Demand
- Competition
- Growth Opportunity
- Management Team
- Financial Projections
- Investment Strategy & Use of Funds
- Company Milestones
- Risk Assessment
- Exit Strategy

3. We will have a laptop and projector at the meeting. We suggest you forward your presentation toSeedStep@i2e.org and bring a copy on a memory key or CD, which we will install into our laptop for the presentation. We also suggest you bring your laptop, just as backup. If you use a Mac computer, we cannot guarantee compatibility with our laptop, so we ask that you submit your presentation well in advance to give us time for a test run.
4. Each attendee will have a copy of your Funding Application, the Angelsoft 1-Pager, and a copy of your slides.
5. You will be admitted to our meeting room at the appointed hour to make your presentation and will then be excused immediately after the Q&A session. We feel it is inappropriate for us to allow presenters to sit through the presentations of others, so, to make it simple, we usher you in for your presentation and out immediately thereafter.
6. After your presentation, we will discuss your company. It is our normal routine to advise you of the outcome of our deliberations, and if there are any interested Angels within one week
