They compete in the application performance management space, Stackify is also seen as a DevOps product. The company is in revenue and has > 500 customers using their flagship Retrace product. This is a syndicated deal referred from Kansas Mid-America Angels who has committed to investment and has done detailed due diligence. Founder and CEO Matt Watson will be make an investment presentation.
